The long-standing relationships with customers in various sectors and the consistent use of pioneering technologies have always been the key characteristics of both our companies. Together, we develop new concepts, machines, and tools to realize forward-looking solutions.
Since we have consistently relied on real CNC technology for many years and offer universal bending machines in our product range, more than 15 million components can be produced annually on machines built by us.
In 2025, we will deliver our 350th CNC stretch-bending machine to our customers.
We are also the right partner when it comes to small series, gauges, machining equipment, prototypes, and series-production tools. Thanks to optional material testing during the bending process and the ability to switch to displacement-controlled bending, our machines are technologically prepared for every eventuality.

We develop solutions for every field
With the new generation of CNC stretch-benders, we demonstrate that it is possible to unlock the fourth dimension for the operator. By integrating up to 26 CNC axes combined with supplementary control of individual functions, divided into "left" and "right" bending sides, we have taken the right step in the right direction.

The past has confirmed to us that innovation, paired with technical competence, provides a solid foundation to pave the way for the future.
Our joint development is the computer-assisted implementation of individual motion sequences in the bending process. The additional functions required during bending are partially integrated into the control system and can be included in the CNC control via corresponding M-functions. The setup mode is unique in this form, as the entire bending contour can be programmed via “teach-in.” Each individual bending point can be numerically adjusted, enabling a precision profile that has never existed in this form before. With this new generation, the operator has full control over the classic three dimensions of bending technology and can optimally manage the wide scope of bending applications. For us, innovation means pushing the boundaries of technical possibilities.
The use of robotic technology for loading and unloading the stretch-bending machines completes our product range.
