3D scanning & reverse engineering

We digitally capture existing components, machines and systems. The scan data provides a basis for new designs, modifications, replacement parts and the integration of new components into your production environment.

As an experienced special-purpose machine builder, we combine engineering with decades of experience in manufacturing, assembly and commissioning. Our designers work closely with specialists in metalworking, hydraulics and automation. Manufacturability, ease of assembly, maintenance requirements, technical risks and realistic costs therefore inform our planning from the outset.

You decide who builds your machine

Our engineering services are independent of any subsequent manufacturing order. You can use our concepts and planning documents for internal investment decisions, tendering or implementation by a machine builder of your choice.

On request, we support supplier discussions, proposal evaluation and implementation. We can also build the developed solution using our own manufacturing, assembly and automation capabilities.
